More About Becca

Even though I’ve always been someone who has cared about health and nutrition, life has thrown me some interesting twists along the way. I embraced motherhood later on in life with the arrival of energetic twin boys. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the rollercoaster of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and the chaos of raising little ones!

In addition to navigating the whirlwind of parenting, my husband’s battle with bowel cancer showed me the incredible power of food in healing and recovery. Supporting him has taught me that nutrition is far more than just the food we eat — it's a powerful tool that shapes our bodies, minds, and overall health, making us stronger and more resilient. My experience has reinforced my commitment to helping others harness the transformative power of nutrition.
